Ask before you book
A clinic that answers these clearly is a different proposition from one that deflects. Take the list with you.

- 2Is it being used as a 361 HCT/P, or under an FDA investigational new drug application?
- 3Who performs the injection: the physician of record, or a PA or nurse practitioner?
- 4What is the total cost, and what happens if a second treatment is needed?
- 5What outcome data do you keep on your own patients for my specific condition?
- 6How many of these have you done for this indication, and what does a poor result look like?
What it is likely to cost
Vitality Health Regeneration has not published pricing, which is true of almost every clinic in this category. Insurance almost never covers the injection itself, though the consultation, imaging and any conventional treatment in the same visit often are covered.
Ask for the total in writing, including whether a second injection is billed separately, and ask for the CPT codes so you can check coverage yourself before you commit.
