Who reviews this content

Health information should tell you who wrote it and who checked it. Here is ours, including the part we have not solved yet.

Researcher and editor

Rob Martinez

Rob researches and edits everything on this site. He is not a clinician, and nothing here is presented as his clinical judgment. His background is in biologics and regenerative medicine on the commercial side: cell sources and preservation, delivery methods, and how vendors substantiate the claims they make to clinics.

That background is useful for spotting a claim that does not survive contact with the underlying science. It is not a substitute for a licensed physician reviewing clinical content, which is why every clinical statement on this site is cited to a primary source rather than asserted.

Medical reviewer

We do not have one yet

No licensed clinician currently reviews this content. Rather than imply otherwise, every treatment page carries a visible note saying it has not been medically reviewed, and our structured data leaves the reviewer field empty rather than filling it with a name that does not mean anything.

We are recruiting a physician, PA, NP or PhD to review the treatment pages. It is a named, credited role with a public byline, and the reviewer does not need to endorse any clinic or treatment, only to check that what we say about the evidence is accurate.

How clinical statements are sourced

Where a page states a regulatory fact, it describes the actual FDA position rather than paraphrasing a clinic. Where it describes evidence, it says what kind of evidence and how strong, including when the honest answer is “small trials, mixed results”. We do not cite a clinic's own marketing as evidence for anything.
