What patients actually say
We read the 8 reviews we analysed and coded what each one describes. Every count below is out of those 8, not out of the clinic's 31 total Google reviews.
“My husband had treatments on his lower back and both knees. He could not walk far and found it difficult finding a suitable chair. After the treatments, he has been able to walk far longer and his workout regime has increased in toughness.”
Conditions patients describe
Treatments named in reviews
Avoided surgery
“After having a cortisone injection, which lasted about 12 months, the painful inflammation started up again. I started researching for alernatives to knee surgery.”
Reported improvement
“I had both knees, my right elbow, and right shoulder treated at the same time. I was told when I was 40 that I needed a partial knee replacement. This was not an option!”
Staff and scheduling
“Arthritis is something that I watched my parents deal with for years. Now that I’m into my 70’s I too have experienced the chronic pain that arthritis brings to your joint.”

Ask before you book
A clinic that answers these clearly is a different proposition from one that deflects. Take the list with you.
- 1Which specific product do you use, and is it my own tissue or a purchased donor product?
- 2Is it being used as a 361 HCT/P, or under an FDA investigational new drug application?
- 3Who performs the injection: the physician of record, or a PA or nurse practitioner?
- 4What is the total cost, and what happens if a second treatment is needed?
- 5What outcome data do you keep on your own patients for my specific condition?
- 6How many of these have you done for this indication, and what does a poor result look like?
What it is likely to cost
QC Kinetix - ENC Greenville has not published pricing, which is true of almost every clinic in this category. Insurance almost never covers the injection itself, though the consultation, imaging and any conventional treatment in the same visit often are covered.
Ask for the total in writing, including whether a second injection is billed separately, and ask for the CPT codes so you can check coverage yourself before you commit.
